Welcome to the web portal for the Public Policy Knowledge Network (PPKN) project - a technical assistance effort funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative/Open Society Institute (LGI/OSI). The Project is managed by the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) with its partners in Canada and the South Caucasus.

The goal of the PPKN project is to build competencies in public policy within the government of Georgia and at the schools of public administration in the South Caucasus. Part of this effort includes a universally accessible digital public policy library, discussion forums and implementation of some project activities via this portal.
